The land plot (area 13,3 ha) is situated in Riga district, next to a settlement Jaunolaine. (See map on the left). The land distance from Riga (capital) is 9 km. This land plot joins another land (area 40 ha), which is already prepared for housing construction. 

 

Suggested land is a part of Olaine parish development plan. The Olaine local government is issued permission for the land parceling by 2000 m2 for housing development. It allows to raise about 55 cottages.
