Payment of Fees
Our company charges 4% of the purchase price. The minimum fee per sale is 450 pounds.

We require the fee to be paid at the point we start the legal work leading to signing of the Preliminary Contract. This contract sets out the intention to buy with all the conditions of sale indicating the price and completion date.

The Preliminary Contract also involves a payment of a 10% deposit to the seller. Legal checks are conducted prior to signing this contract and during the period leading up to completion.

The remaining fee is required 24 hours before completion.
